Barbecue Dogs
1 pound ground beef
¼ cup chopped onion
1 15-oz. can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tsp. vinegar
1 pound hot dogs
Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C/Gas 5. In a large skillet, brown beef and onions. Drain off fat. Add brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, and tomato sauce.
Place hot dogs in the bottom of a baking dish. Pour meat and sauce mixture over the top. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until heated thoroughly and sauce bubbles.
Serves 4.
