Virgin Piña Colada
2 oz coconut cream
2½ oz crushed fresh pineapple, with juice
dash of rum flavoring (optional)
4 oz crushed ice
orange slice
pineapple wedge
cherry or strawberry
whipped topping (optional)
Toss rum flavoring, coconut cream, crushed pineapple with juice, and ice into blender. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into chilled cocktail glass. Top with whipped cream. Garnish with orange slice, pineapple wedge, and cherry or strawberry.
If you do use rum flavoring in this drink, be aware that rum flavoring is VERY strong and is meant to be used sparingly. Just a drop per drink should do.
