Irene's Fuzzy Navel
 
2 oz Peach Schnapps
two freshly squeezed oranges

Pour over ice in a tall glass. (Some folks prefer their fuzzy navels with half peach schnapps and half orange juice. Personally, we find this a bit strong for our tastes.) Garnish with orange slice.

Irene gets the distinction of having this drink named after her because every Thursday night at her house, out would come the dice, peach schnapps, and orange juice for a few hours of light-hearted fun with some good friends. We miss you, Irene.
