Fresh Fruit Ice
½ cup fresh fruit
½ cup crushed ice
½ tsp sugar
whipped topping (optional)
Peel, seed, and/or core fruit. (Do not use bananas or apples as they tend to brown and get ugly.) Add fruit, ice, and sugar to blender. Blend on high until smooth. Serve in a champagne, cocktail, or wine glass, topped with whipped cream and/or a fruit garnish.
