Banana Daiquiri
2 oz light rum
2 oz banana liqueur
juice from ¼ lime, freshly squeezed
one banana, cut into pieces
½ tsp sugar
½ oz heavy cream or whipping cream
½ cup crushed ice
one strawberry
Toss everything except the strawberry in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with strawberry.
For a treat, omit the sugar, cream, and ice, and substitute ½ cup vanilla (or strawberry or banana) ice cream.
